Reports #

Reports are a key tool for analysing call traffic and user/agent status. Through a range of views and templates, reports make available all the information stored by the system in an easy to use and customizable interface.

There are 2 types of reports available on the system:

  • Report Views -> These are pre-configured reports designed to provide insights into specific areas of communication (e.g. Long Calls, Lost Calls etc.)
  • Custom Reports -> Tabular reports which show detailed information and which have customizable fields and display.
